What this is
This is a simple personal site: guitar practice logs, reading notes, and a few short posts that help me stay consistent. I’m not trying to be everywhere — I’m trying to keep a record I can actually use.
What I do for work
Customer Care Technician in Florida. I troubleshoot issues, support customers, document solutions, and coordinate handoffs when something needs escalation.
